About Me

Hello I am Shelly, owner of Beyond your Potential.  I have been programming, planning and managing different levels of business for over 18 years. I gained this experience in College, University and corporate settings. Shifting to online businesses was the challenge I was looking for.  I realized that I thrive when I’m helping others, so being someone’s support system is where my genius lies. My passion is helping you, the business owner, achieve your goals. I love mapping out the strategy, implementing the systems, organizing and detailing the products/services, executing the marketing and managing the team needed to expand your business. I have in my possession a University Degree, conflict management certification, supervisor’s toolkit and many years of experience getting stuff done!

I serve my clients with the best practices available today in online business. I implement proven systems that have been tested and continually evaluated by a huge network of business managers. I am certified through the Online Business Manager certification program and belong to an association that has a tremendous amount of support. I continually invest in my own training and education, so I am always in the know of the latest methods. If you ask me what systems I know, I will respond with what systems does your business use? It will be my responsibility as your OBM to know your systems. 

When I am not implementing a clients’ strategy or checking off items from a “to do” list, I love spending time with my husband and our little guy. We are always outside looking for different adventures, we live in Canada so that is all seasons: Rain, snow and sunshine! The Rocky Mountains are our backyard playground and we love looking out our window planning our next adventure. I am also a horse girl, not one of those super obsessed, always smelling like and looking like their horse, just a regular girl who loves horses. My horse Koda, gives me a much-appreciated stress relief.
